Who We Are

Twilight Phoenix is an independent studio and portfolio brand operated by a solo developer. This website is used to showcase games, asset packs, development updates, contact information, and related public project information.

Information We Collect

Twilight Phoenix does not currently require account registration on this website and does not currently design its games to collect personal information from players through in-game accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, or other player tracking features.

Twilight Phoenix also does not directly collect personal information through forms, user accounts, or checkout systems on the site itself.

Information may still be collected in the following limited situations:

• If you contact Twilight Phoenix by email, the information you include in your message, such as your name, email address, and the contents of the message, will be received and used to respond to you.
• Standard server or hosting logs may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring pages, and access times for security, maintenance, and operational purposes.
• If you visit third-party services linked from this site, such as GitHub, Epic Games Store pages, Fab pages, or YouTube, those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.

If a future game or service adds online accounts, multiplayer features, analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, support tools, newsletters, or other data-driven features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are relied on in production.

How Information Is Used

Any information received through direct contact or standard site operations may be used to:

• Maintain and secure the website and related services.

Epic Games Store and Epic-Related Use

This Privacy Policy is intended to serve as the publicly available privacy policy linked from Twilight Phoenix product pages and related listings used in connection with the Epic Games Store, including Epic First Run enrollment and store presence requirements.

Epic and other platform providers may still process store, purchase, download, entitlement, device, or account information under their own terms and privacy policies when users view a store page, acquire a product, install it, launch it through their platform, or use platform services.

Epic's privacy practices are governed by Epic's own policies, which are separate from this Privacy Policy.

If a Twilight Phoenix product later adds online accounts, multiplayer services, Epic Online Services, account-linked features, analytics, or other data-enabled systems, data handling is expected to work as follows unless a product-specific policy says otherwise:

• How data is captured: through the player's direct use of optional account-linked, online, support, or platform-integrated features, and through ordinary technical logs needed to run and secure those features.
• How data is used: to provide the requested feature, authenticate the player, enable online functionality, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
• How data is shared: only with service providers, platform operators such as Epic, or legal authorities when needed to operate the feature, process a request, protect rights, or comply with law.
• How data is retained: only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal requirements, or protect the security and integrity of the product or service.

Silver Wing

For Silver Wing as currently planned for Epic Games Store release and Epic First Run participation, Twilight Phoenix does not intentionally capture player personal data directly from gameplay for its own internal use.

Silver Wing is not currently intended to require Epic account login inside the game or to use Epic social features, Epic Online Services account-linked features, in-game analytics, advertising SDKs, or similar player tracking systems.

If Silver Wing's data practices change later, this Privacy Policy or a product-specific policy will be updated before those features are relied on in production.

Sharing of Information

Twilight Phoenix does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary, including:

• With hosting, email, storefront, or platform providers that are needed to operate the site or related products.
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce rights, or respond to lawful requests.
• To protect the security, integrity, or operation of the website or related products.

Cookies and Tracking

This website is primarily static and is not intended to use invasive tracking. However, basic hosting, caching, security, or embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their normal operation.
